This cosy farmhouse is situated in the village of Xaghra in Marsalforn road. It is enriched with both country and seaview.
Ta Tibna farmhouse can sleep a maximum of 10 people in 4 separate bedrooms which are made of 2x double bedrooms and 2x 3 single bedrooms. All bedrooms are with air condition, ceiling fans and en suite. It also has a welcoming living area which is perfect for any occasion. The living area is made of a comfortable sofa, table a T.V. and log on fireplace to give that perfect touch. The living area is accompanied by the dining area which is equipped with all the necessary appliances;washing machine, kitchen with gas oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven and coffee maker and all the other necessary utensils. One of the best features of this farmhouse is the private swimming pool with shower, deck with garden furniture and finally a shady built in BBQ with dining area perfect for the hot sunny days. Overlooking the pool there is sun terrace with ample space for any activity accompanied by a lovely balcony.
The Pool size is approximately 18x14ft.
This farmhouse offers other services that are included in the booking price; 1 baby cot, changing of linens weekly and extra folding beds upon request. There are other services available which include an extra charge; gas /electric heaters, air condition which is on a pay per coin meter and maid service.

”The house was full of rustic charm. It had all the amenities you could possibly want. The pool area and BBQ were lovely and very welcome at the end of a very hot day of sightseeing. There is also a relaxing balcony area overlooking the pool which is very peaceful. The house is no more than a 20 minute drive from the ferry (the ferry itself is so simple to use and absolutely hassle and stress free). The roads are relatively easy to follow (head for Ggantija and you won’t go far wrong). The local village of Xaghra was walking distance (15 mins max) and had plenty of eateries. There was a local festival going on whilst we were there (if you are visiting Gozo try and stay the weekend this celebration is on – it is a true taste of local culture). The local mini mart is less than a 5 minute walk down the road. In terms of Gozo in general the house is in an excellent location – Victoria is no more than a 15 minute drive away and you can happily visit anywhere on the island that you want to go to in under 30 minutes by car. The major sites near the house include; calypsos cave, Ramla Bay, Ggantija, the windmill, the citadel in Victoria and Marsalforn. All in all I couldn’t fault the location of this property and would say that it is great for both couples and small families. Charmaine was easy to contact and provided us with information about the area prior to arrival. Pino was our local contact who very helpfully showed us the way by car from Xaghra when we got confused. Both were friendly without being overbearing. There was a welcome pack included which was very thoughtful. Whilst the house did not have air conditioning there were plenty of fans provided which helped keep the rooms at a moderate temperature – don’t let the lack of air conditioning put you off of this property.” – Kayte Block from UK.
